Prenatal yoga (Zwangerschapsyoga)
Prenatal yoga lessons include asanas (poses), breathing techniques, guided meditations and practical info to make you aware how to turn your pregnancy and delivery in the most natural, joyful and less painful, stressful
Fortunately nowadays natural birth is getting more and more popular but not many people realize that even though woman's body is perfectly designed to give birth in the most natural way - modern lifestyle makes a huge impact on it- we became disconnected from nature and our own inner nature, we experience a lot of stress, have lack of movement, of good quality food, which cause pretty much problems, complications and struggles during pregnancy and delivery
But good news are: you can recover this connection with nature and yourself, to become tuned with your body and your baby and my aim is to help you with it!
IT IS POSSIBLE to give birth easy, smooth, without unnecessary interference and medication and even painless!
But for this you need to prepare your body and mind and we’ll do it during classes
If you want:
To prepare yourself for giving birth
To reduce back pain, sleeping issues, anxiety, digestion problems
To release stress and tension (mental, emotional, physical)
To improve flexibility, muscle tone and mobility
To recharge and feel more balanced
To connect with yourself, your baby and learn to listen to your body
To meet other pregnant women
-then you are very welcome to join the lesson!
No experience in yoga is needed!
